Fijn appartement met mooi terras
Positive: Rustig gelegen en op wandelafstand van het centrum.
Negative: Mag wel eens wat grondiger gepoetst worden (redelijk wat stof)

Positive: Kleine aber schnuckelige Wohnung m. einem Balkon. Unweit vom ÖONV-Stationen, 170 m Tram u. Bus, gute Lage der Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort
Negative: Im unteren Eingangsbereich könnte gut ein Geländer an der Treppe angebracht werden.

Positive: Зона балкона и терасса.
Negative: Мало места в комнате, душ и туалет на одном уровне без оградки для душа на полу. Было не чисто в таулете на умывальнике. Не хватало одноразовых тапочек.
